The first step to booking a session with me is to review my package options and decide which session fits your needs. If you don't find one for your particular desires, don't worry! I am open to almost all types of photo-shoots and love trying new things! After you choose your session, direct yourself to the 'contact me' page where you can answer a few questions o help me understand exactly what you want.
After you contact me with your session request, I will reach back out to you within 48 hours. Per client request, we can continue emailing, text messaging, or set up a time for a phone call. We will discuss any questions or requests you might have. After we finalize your session type, we will plan a date that works for both of us.
During step three you will receive an invoice showing you a run-down of your costs & fees. There will be a non-refundable booking fee ($50 for most sessions) required to secure your time & date. The booking fee is not included in the session price. It can be paid any time 14 days prior to the session date. If you do not pay the booking fee within 14 days of your scheduled session, I cannot guarantee your date & time. On your invoice you will also find any other fees your session is subject to. Some of these fees will be optional add-ons, travel fees, and other incidentals. The final payment is due in full within 48 hours of your session. Failure to pay this without contacting me may result in cancellation or late fees. You will also receive a digital contract with all our agreements that both parties will sign online.
After we have a date & session type in mind, we will start planning the smaller details. You will get to tell me your needs/ wants/ and ideas so we can brainstorm about locations, outfits, poses, props, and more. I will create a Pinterest inspiration board that we both can collaborate on and add any ideas to. We can continue to add to this board until your session date. Within 7 days of your session we should have locations picked out and details finalized.
Once the time finally comes, we will meet and complete your session. Depending on the session type, we can play music, take breaks, whatever you'd like to make you more comfortable.
For most session types such as senior sessions (option 1&2, couples, themed, etc.), you will receive a link to your online gallery within 2 weeks. For larger sessions (such as events, weddings, senior sessions [option 3 and up]), you will receive a link to your gallery within 4-6 weeks. If your session applies, you will get the opportunity for a "retouch selection". This gives you the ability to get photos you didn't love a second chance of editing/ retouches. If your session doesn't have this option, please contact me and I can add it for a small fee.
All of my sessions come with print release and full rights to download, print, and share freely. Although I would love for my clients to order their prints directly through my website, I understand wanting to order through a different company.
